QuickBooks Desktop Configuration Options
It is imperative to set up the configuration options in the Plugin before you use it to share data between IntelliTrack and QuickBooks. The options are found in the Basic Configuration tab\IntelliTrack Settings portion, QuickBooks Settings portion, and the Adjustments portion.
The configuration options vary slightly when you use the Multiple Sites feature (found in the QuickBooks Sites portion)When you use multiple sites, the site-location settings for IntelliTrack and QuickBooks are configured at the Multiple Sites tab.
To set the configuration options, refer to the table below.
Important: When you are finished selecting the configuration options, be sure to press the Save Configuration button to save the settings to the Plugin.

Default Division |
The Plugin retrieves the IntelliTrack division or divisions that are assigned to the logged-in user. Click the drop-down arrow in the Default Division field to view the list of available divisions and select the default division from the options that appear. The QuickBooks data is placed in the selected division during a synchronization. |
Default UOM |
After the user selects a default division, the Plugin retrieves the units of measure for this division. Click the drop-down arrow in the Default UOM field and select a default UOM from the list that appears. |
Default Site |
After the user selects a default division, the plugin retrieves the sites for this division. Click the drop-down arrow in the Default Site field and select a default site from the list that appears. The QuickBooks data is placed in this site. Note: This field does not appear in the Configuration tab when the Multiple Sites option is selected. The sites are configured at the Multiple Sites tab when using the multiple sites feature (see "Multiple Sites Feature"). |
Default Location |
After the user selects a default site, the plugin retrieves the locations for the site. Click the drop-down arrow in the Default Location field and select a default location for the QuickBooks data. When QuickBooks inventory is imported into IntelliTrack, it will be placed in the selected site-location. Note: This field does not appear in the Configuration tab when the Multiple Sites option is selected. The site-locations are configured at the Multiple Sites tab when using the multiple sites feature.

Save Configuration button | Click this button when your settings are in place to save them to the plugin. |
Refresh button | Click this button to refresh the IntelliTrack Division, Unit of Measure, Site, and Location data. |

Partial Item Receipts |
Mark this option to process partial receiving orders/purchase orders in IntelliTrack that have been marked as Closed with the Plugin. (If this option is not marked, partial orders marked as closed will not be exported to QuickBooks by the plugin.) |
Partial Invoices |
Mark this option to process partial picking orders/sales orders in IntelliTrack that have been marked as Closed with the Plugin. (If this option is not marked, partial orders marked as closed will not be exported to QuickBooks by the Plugin.) |
Print Invoices Later |
Mark this checkbox to set the preferred delivery method for the Invoice generated in QuickBooks to Print Later. |
Email Invoices Later |
Mark this checkbox to set the preferred delivery method for the Invoice generated in QuickBooks to Email Later. |
Multiple Sites |
Select to enable multiple sites; when this option is marked, the Multiple Sites tab appears and the Site field and the Location field disappear in the Configuration tab (see "Multiple Sites Feature"). Map a specific IntelliTrack site and default location to a QuickBooks site and the site information will flow back and forth according to the mapped settings for inventory and inventory adjustments. The site mapping occurs at the Multiple Sites tab. You must use the Multiple Inventory Sites setting in QuickBooks to use this feature. Important: Inventory should only be mapped from one QuickBooks site to one IntelliTrack site. Warning: Do not map a IntelliTrack site to a QuickBooks bin location. The Plugin does not support bin location tracking. |
